Communication with both tenants and the property owners is in real time and this is an absolute 1st. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. The Property Manager ensured a Tranquil and peaceful existence, in a home that is beautifully maintained. I have read some of the other questionable comments, clearly made by people with an agenda. Harvesting have managed two investment properties for my wife and I for many years and we have always felt that we were in very good hands in ensuring our properties were well taken care of from both our perspective as well as that of the tenants.
